• Changed your mind? Return it within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Unworn, unwashed, tags on. You pay return postage.
• Faulty, damaged, misprinted or wrong item? You choose: full refund or free reprint. We cover the postage.
• Sale items: no change-of-mind returns. Faulty sale items are still covered.
• Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are never excluded.

What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind, you can return an item within 14 days of delivery for store credit. It needs to be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with any tags still attached. Email hello@unsponsored.com.au first so we can send you the return details. You pay the return postage. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What if my order arrives faulty or misprinted?

Email hello@unsponsored.com.au with your order number and a photo of the problem. If an item is faulty, damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, you choose between a full refund or a free reprint, and we cover the postage. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are never excluded.

Can I return sale items?

Sale items can't be returned for a change of mind. If a sale item is faulty, misprinted or not what you ordered, you're still covered, and you can choose a refund or a free reprint under the Australian Consumer Law.
