Sizing and fit
How does sizing work?
Every product page has its own size chart in centimetres. Lay a top you already love flat, measure it, and compare it with the chart. Size ranges are: Baby Tee S to XL, Crop Tank XS to L, Oversized Tee S to 3XL, Fitted Tee S to XL and Booty Shorts S to XL. Because every piece is made just for you, ordering the wrong size counts as a change-of-mind return, so please check the chart before you order.
How does the Baby Tee fit?
The Baby Tee is slim and cropped, with short cap sleeves and a straight hem. It's a soft 92% rayon, 8% spandex stretch knit that sits close to the body. For a slightly looser feel, size up. Sizes run S to XL.
How does the Crop Tank fit?
The Crop Tank is a close, stretchy fit with a scoop neck and a straight cropped hem. It's a 92% rayon, 8% spandex knit with plenty of stretch. If you're between sizes, size up. Sizes run XS to L.
How does the Oversized Tee fit?
The Oversized Tee is roomy on purpose, with a relaxed body and a crew neck. It's 100% cotton, so it feels solid without being stiff. For a closer, more regular fit, size down. Sizes run S to 3XL.
How does the Fitted Tee fit?
The Fitted Tee is a crew neck that sits close through the body. It's 92.2% cotton and 7.8% spandex, so it stretches and moves with you. For a more relaxed fit, size up. Sizes run S to XL.
How do the Booty Shorts fit?
The Booty Shorts are short, retro shorts with a mid-rise elastic waist, side pockets and a contrast binding around the hem. They're a cotton, polyester and spandex blend with a little stretch. Check the waist and hip measurements on the size chart before you order. Sizes run S to XL.
Production and delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every piece is made to order after you check out. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Made to order. Free AU shipping on any 2+ items, or on orders over $100 (otherwise $6.95 flat). We can't deliver to PO Boxes.
Do you offer Express shipping?
No. Every piece is made to order, so making it comes first, and Express postage can't speed that part up. We'd rather not charge you for speed we can't deliver.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to the countries listed at checkout. Made to order. Free AU shipping on any 2+ items, or on orders over $100 (otherwise $6.95 flat). We can't deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping to other countries is calculated at checkout. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by you when the parcel arrives.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a little while to start updating after it ships. If your tracking hasn't moved for a while, email hello@unsponsored.com.au with your order number and we'll chase it.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
No. Our delivery partners can't deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a street address where someone can receive a parcel, like your home or work. If an order is placed with a PO Box, we'll email you to get a street address before it ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@unsponsored.com.au within 4 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Once your piece goes into production, we can't change or cancel it, but our returns policy and your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.
Returns and faulty items
What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind, you can return an item within 14 days of delivery for store credit. It needs to be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with any tags still attached. Email hello@unsponsored.com.au first so we can send you the return details. You pay the return postage. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What if my order arrives faulty or misprinted?
Email hello@unsponsored.com.au with your order number and a photo of the problem. If an item is faulty, damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, you choose between a full refund or a free reprint, and we cover the postage. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are never excluded.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items can't be returned for a change of mind. If a sale item is faulty, misprinted or not what you ordered, you're still covered, and you can choose a refund or a free reprint under the Australian Consumer Law.
Care
How do I wash my Unsponsored piece?
Turn it inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Skip the bleach and fabric softener. Line dry in the shade instead of tumble drying. If you need to iron, iron it inside out and never directly on the print. Always follow the care label too.
Designs and codes
Are some designs 18+?
Yes. Some statements contain explicit language, and those are marked 18+ on the product page. They're for adults only. By ordering an 18+ design, you confirm you're 18 or over. Please don't buy them as gifts for anyone under 18.
How do discount codes work?
Enter your code at checkout. Only one code can be used per order, and codes can't be added after an order is placed. Sign up to our email list and we'll email you 10% off your first order. Buy 2, get 15% off: when you buy 2 or more items, 15% off is applied automatically at checkout. If a code isn't working, email hello@unsponsored.com.au before you check out and we'll sort it.

Who makes Unsponsored clothing?
Unsponsored is a trading name of Thirty Five of December Pty Ltd (ABN 13 685 523 933). We write and design every statement. Each piece is printed to order and shipped by our production partner, which is why nothing is made until you order it.
